At Erizo, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal in perishable grocery items, refunds are handled carefully.

Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You receive a damaged or spoiled product

  • You receive a wrong item

  • An item is missing from your order

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The issue is reported after delivery confirmation

  • The product has been used or consumed

  • The issue is due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
