Erizo is a quick commerce grocery platform that delivers daily essentials and grocery items to customers within selected service areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or using the service under the supervision of a legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
Once packed or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed for perishable items.
Erizo may cancel orders due to product unavailability, incorrect address, or operational issues.

You must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be cancelled without refund for perishable items.
Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of grocery items, returns are limited and subject to inspection.
We make every effort to display accurate product details, images, and prices. However, actual product packaging may vary. Erizo is not responsible for minor variations in appearance or brand packaging.
